PMP®-certified consultant with 15+ years delivering complex public health, M&E, and social development programs across Africa and Europe for government ministries, NGOs, and international organisations.

I specialise in designing and implementing national M&E systems, leading multi-country programs, and applying data analytics to drive accountability and performance improvement. My work has directly strengthened health service delivery across 50+ facilities, improved reporting and performance by 20–40%, and built lasting capacity in organisations across Uganda, Switzerland, and beyond.
