I help governments, NGOs, and international organisations design evidence-based M&E systems, manage complex programs, and turn data into decisions that improve lives — with 15+ years of impact across Africa and Europe.
Passionate about evidence-based solutions that improve lives
PMP®-certified consultant with 15+ years delivering complex public health, M&E, and social development programs across Africa and Europe — for government ministries, NGOs, and international organisations.
I specialise in designing and implementing national M&E systems, leading multi-country programs, and applying data analytics to drive accountability and performance improvement. My work has directly strengthened health service delivery across 50+ facilities, improved reporting and performance by 20–40%, and built lasting capacity in organisations across Uganda, Switzerland, and beyond.
With an MSc in Data Analytics, Masters in Project M&E, MSc in Public Health, and credentials from Harvard Business School and PMI, I bring both strategic depth and hands-on delivery experience to every engagement. I work fluently across English, German, and Swahili — essential for multicultural stakeholder environments.
Alongside my practice, I am an active researcher and published author. My peer-reviewed work spans monitoring and evaluation, malaria control program implementation, digital marketing strategy, and investment reform — with nine publications across journals including the International Journal of Technology and Management and the International Journal of Marketing and Digital Innovation. My research bridges development practice and academic enquiry, generating evidence that informs both policy and real-world program delivery.
